1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IrraTechMyanmar Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IrraTechMyanmar Platform is a multi-tenant point-of-sale and commerce platform that provides:

• Order management and processing
• Inventory tracking and cost management
• Customer management
• Sales reporting and analytics
• Integration with Facebook Messenger for receipt delivery
• Multi-branch and multi-staff management

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through our messaging integrations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Violate Meta (Facebook) Platform Policies when using our Facebook integration.

5. Facebook Integration

When you connect a Facebook Page to IrraTechMyanmar Platform, you authorize us to send messages on behalf of your Page to customers who have interacted with your business. You are responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Policies and Messenger Platform policies, including:

• Only sending relevant business communications (receipts, order updates, tracking).
• Respecting the 24-hour messaging window policy outside of approved message tags.
• Not using the messaging feature for advertising or promotional purposes unless permitted by Meta.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the customer data you enter into the platform and for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction. Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by IrraTechMyanmar Platform. You retain ownership of any business data you enter. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IrraTechMyanmar Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
