1. Introduction

IrraTechMyanmar Platform ("we", "our", "us") operates a multi-tenant point-of-sale and commerce platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services, including our integration with Meta (Facebook) products.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Business Information: Business name, branch details, and logo.
  • Customer Data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses of your customers as entered by you.
  • Order Data: Order details, items, prices, payment methods, and status.
  • Facebook Page Data: When you connect a Facebook Page, we store the Page ID, Page name, and a Page Access Token to enable messaging features.
  • Messenger Data: Facebook Page-Scoped IDs (PSIDs) of customers who interact with your connected Facebook Page, used solely to deliver receipts and order updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the POS and commerce platform services.
  • Process orders, payments, and inventory management.
  • Send receipts and order updates to customers via Facebook Messenger (when enabled by you).
  • Authenticate users and manage business accounts.
  • Generate sales reports and analytics for your business.

4. Facebook Data Usage

When you connect a Facebook Page to IrraTechMyanmar Platform, we request the following permissions:

  • pages_messaging: Used to send receipts, order updates, and tracking information to your customers via Messenger.
  • pages_show_list: Used to display your Facebook Pages so you can choose which one to connect.

4a. Facebook Data Commitment

We only access Facebook data necessary to provide the messaging features you enable. We do not sell, share, or use Facebook data for advertising purposes. Facebook data is used exclusively to deliver messages on behalf of your business to your customers.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secured databases with access restricted by role-based controls within each tenant. Facebook Page Access Tokens are stored securely and access is limited to authorized server-side processes only. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a Facebook Page, stored Page tokens are immediately deleted. Messenger PSIDs are retained only while the Page connection is active and are deleted upon disconnection or upon receiving a data deletion request from Meta.

7. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Facebook-related data at any time by disconnecting your Facebook Page from the Settings page. When Meta sends us a data deletion request, we promptly delete all associated Facebook data (Page tokens, Messenger PSIDs) and provide a confirmation code. 8. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy — we encourage you to review them.

  • Meta (Facebook/Messenger): For Page messaging and customer communication.
  • Telegram: For optional order notifications (if configured by you).

  • Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
  • Export your business data.
